When you've had enough of it and want to relax, you can return to your peaceful oasis in Portsmouth's coveted Little Harbor neighborhood, which features tree-lined streets and lovely homes. AMENITIES: In addition to the apartment having a private entrance featuring a foyer and dedicated outdoor patio featuring furnished lounge and dining areas, you'll enjoy having the convenience of a dishwasher, clothes washer, and dryer in the unit. FURNITURE: Please note that there is not the option for the furniture to be removed and the unit may not be be used as a storage unit (i.e. be stuffed with the furniture you had at a previous home). All small accessories and knickknacks can be removed from the unit upon request to make room for your own knick knacks and/or books. The mirrors and paintings (total of five) can also be removed so you can hang your own artwork on the existing hooks. There is a new 50 inch television in the unit. The kitchen is fully equipped - dishes, mugs, cutlery, basic cooking utensils, etc., but you are welcome to bring in special espresso machines, knives, etc. as well as additional plates, cutlery, pots and pans etc. UTILITIES: Town water, hot water, sewer, and garbage collection are included in the rent. You are responsible for heating (highly efficient propane & electric heating units), electricity and the Wi-Fi. There is the option to split the high speed Wi-Fi cost with the building owner. ROOM FOR CLOTHES & STORAGE: There is a wardrobe with two drawers and a five drawer dresser in the bedroom. There is a huge closet and seven drawer dresser in the living room. There is a storage closet for pillows, linens etc. at the top of the stairs. A coat rack is in the foyer. A bike, kayak or surfboard or two can go on your dedicated outdoor patio, but storage boxes can't. The goal is for it to stay a nice looking outdoor space. LEASE TERM: The lease is for no more than two people and for a minimum of three months. PET POLICY: Only very well behaved, continent, non-destructive, non-constantly barking at everything, scratching at doors, windowsills, or carpets dogs are welcome. There is a maximum of two dogs allowed. The fee per dog is $50/month. ALL other pets including cats, ferrets, gerbils, snakes, lizards, spiders, rodents etc. are not permitted with the exception of fish. 3 month minimum lease, preference given to longer lease terms. Tenant pays for heat (high efficiency propane/electric combo), electricity, and Wi-Fi. Possibility to split high speed Wi-Fi cost with owner.
