    This condo is incredibly new - nearly the newest in this entire complex! It was built in late-2010 and I was the first time buyer in mid-2012. The place is well kept up and the owners are both into technology, so you have a great place to play/work that's deep into the digital age. A large jacuzzi tub also greets people entering into the master bathroom. The guest bedroom is on the second floor beside the master bedroom and has it’s own full bath. A few steps up from the second floor there is a large storage closet! The kitchen is large and easy to move around as an island with storage below is conveniently placed to be within reach of everywhere in the room. All appliances in the condo are just new a year old and all kitchen appliances are stainless steel. The only door in the kitchen goes out to the deck, where there is room for a table, many chairs, a grill and more! Below the deck, you have a large storage area as well. The living room and dining room stretch nearly the entire length of the condo and have a very open and inviting atmosphere. Lots of large windows and bay windows let light in but the black-out blinds can also keep light out if preferred. Currently, the living room has no television and I have opted for a projector and projector screen instead. The room is great for entertainment purposes and the fireplace makes cold winter days much easier to deal with. The dining area sits above the walk-in foyer area and is more than large enough for a table seating 8+. The dining area sits in-between the kitchen and living room making it easy for people to see and hear each other wherever you are. One more flight of stair down and you have direct, covered access to the 2-dar garage as well as the unfinished basement. The basement is also where the laundry hookups are. All counter-tops are granite and all shelving is wood. The flooring on the first floor is all wood and the second floor has a mix of carpet for living areas and tile for the bathrooms. Neighborhood Description You will have very quick access to highways 495, Route 9 and the Mass Pike. The area is a growing, thriving area of Milford with a great mixed group of people living in surrounding areas and shopping, grocery, restaurants, entertainment, and great Milford schools are within minutes. It's a quiet neighborhood with some of the best parks and lakes in the state within minutes driving. In addition it's around a 30 minute commute to Worcester, Providence and Boston and the MBTA commuter rail and public transportation less than 10 minutes away if that's your preferred way to get into the city. The condo is surrounded by gorgeous, well-kept-up trees and forests and there is a quarry that is great to hang out at within walking distance.
