The home is not baby-proofed and hence may not be ideal for families with small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion. Check-out time is 11 am unless otherwise approved. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time. Absolutely no smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages. Unauthorized animal/pet fee is $250. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300. Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage. Guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves. House rules violations can result in a fine and/or eviction from the property.
