Excessive mess, odors, or unsanitary conditions that attract pests or affect others will not be tolerated. - Shared Spaces: Kitchen and common areas are a shared responsibility. Tenants must clean up after themselves after use. - Quiet Hours/Noise Policy: Quite hours are from 12 AM to 7 AM daily. Exceptions are allowed with prior discussion and agreement among all tenants. - Subletting Policy: Not Allowed. - Termination: Fixed-term lease: Minimum 30 days' written notice required before lease end. Early Lease Termination: Rent remains the tenant's responsibility until a new tenant is found or the lease term ends; whichever comes first. - Application Requirements: In-person Tour of the Property, Proof of Income, and Background Check.
