    What's special

    20 acres in the Bull Mountains with good access and lots of privacy. Some Pine trees, but mostly open and grassy and hilly. Views of Snowy Mountains from high points, but best build sites are close to the road where there is a level building area and some taller pine trees. Lots of grass, fenced on north side. Horses are welcome as well as other livestock. Power is approx. 150 yards to the north, phone is along Juniper rd. 10 miles south of Roundup. 2 miles west of Hwy 87N via privately maintained roads. Wildlife includes deer, antelope, turkeys, some elk and coyotes. Mild covenants limit further subdivision, permit one home per 20 acres, newer manufactured homes 960 sq feet or larger are allowed. Tiny houses built on site 600 sq. feet or larger are fine. HOA maintains the roads in winter.
