Two year old home, fenced in backyard with playset. This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath sits in a great school district in a nice neighborhood, with a high population of families with children. The master suite has his and her sinks, garden tub, with shower separated, and two walk in closets. The other 3 bedrooms, each have a walk in closet. Every room has a fan. Chapin schools are a 5 minute drive. Local restaurants and shopping are 10 minutes away. No smoking home, Pets are allowed, but $800 non refundable one time fee. There is an application Fee non refundable $100, plus $25 per adult. If you prefer utilities and pest control are included, I can do that, but would change deposit and monthly rent, I would charge what our average was the past 2 years.
