The wood ducks, ibis, whistler ducks, glossy ibis, egrets, and more love to start their mornings in our backyard in the retaining ponds, and with so many things being within walking/biking distance, you can completely immerse yourself in the natural surroundings and enjoy your sunset walks on the beach. Primary has a king bed and private bath, one BR with a queen and one with a twin bed. Short-term Rate is $3,300 a month and seasonal rentals is $4,500 a month include utilities, internet and yard care in the monthly rental fee. $2,900 rate is for annual rental only and all utilities and yard maintenance will be the responsibility of the tenant. Fully furnished with space for an RV or boat + 30amp charger for EV or RV free for Annual tenants, additional $100 month for electrical cost. Pets under 20 pounds are fine.
