The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds. There's sofa bed in the living room. Fully furnished with stainless appliances. Full sized washer & dryer. The resort is a gated with guard community which has 3 pools including an indoor pool plus tennis courts. This price is for 2 adults only. If there are more than 2 adults there is an additional monthly fee for each adult plus electric signup by tenants. Each adult must apply separately, and you input your own information. Or you can apply using Zillow. If there are no questionable items on your credit report and if accepted, you must pay first month and security deposit. There is a $175 cleaning fee when you leave. A security deposit is needed to book this condo when accepted by both parties. NO PETS ALLOWED AT THIS RESORT. It's about a minute walk to the beach. The Spa at Port Royal Sound to the Atlantic Ocean is a waterfront beautiful resort. If rental is over 89 days, the renter must pay $175 for the parking permit to the resort per their rules less than that is $20 HOA parking fee. This is for a 6 month rental where the renter pays the utilities. Other timeframes, just ask and I may consider your request. We provide cable tv, water, internet & wifi. Questions?
