We are looking for residents who are responsible, respectful, and like to sleep at night. The other apartment in this building has 1 bedroom, and there's one lady living there. If you're looking for a place that's quiet at night, this may be a good fit. If you normally party and make a lot of noise late at night, this won't be a good fit.
