Must follow HOA guidelines when it comes to parking (2 reserved parking spots in community, 1 visitor parking, and offsite parking), being at the pool (4 wristbands per unit), in an around unit. Fully furnished ( not allowed to sell furniture, if furniture needs replacement, the owner will inspect before item is removed). Must return visitor pass ($150), 2 gate remotes ($50 each), 4 wristbands ($75 each), 2 home keys ($10 each), 1 pool key ($75), all in good shape or will be charged. Only 1 pet allowed and must be indoors, can not be greater than 30 pounds, and have to be leashed at all times when in the community. Pet droppings must be disposed of or HOA will charge $250 for violation. No remodeling without pre-approval from HOA if considering flooring, electrical, or plumbing.
