The lower unit is occupied full time by me (owner) Upper and lower unit has it's own entrance. Each unit has it's own washer/dryer room. Utilities and Wifi included. I prefer no cats and only one small dog. The applicant is required to make 2 times the amount of the monthly rent minimum. Bad credit is ok but no evictions.
