This bedroom is considered the master of the apartment. First-floor apartment features carpeting, walk-in closet, en suite full bathroom. New appliances in the kitchen and W/D included. No pets please. No smokers/drug users. Prefer clean, organized person who will be timely and reliable with bills/rent. Apartment complex includes a pool, exercise room, tanning bed, and recreation center.Rent is $547/month, not including utilities (approximately $120/month). Located between Hilliard/Upper Arlington/Grandview. Would prefer to set up a meeting to discuss the living situation!Electric, cable, internet, and water/sewage/trash are separate from rent. About ($120 each). One bedroom currently occupied--looking for second roommate.
