I'd love to be a tour guide if you would like one Monthly Rental: $1,500 Contract is month to month. Each person beyond 1 is an additional $100 a month. Deposit & Cleaning Fee: A $1,500 refundable deposit is required. A $300 cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit. Prior to move-in and at departure, a walkthrough will be conducted. Upon departure, $1,200 of the deposit will be refunded, unless there are damages. Any repair costs will be deducted from the refund.
