A four wheel drive vehicle will be necessary and at times the road is not passable. Owner does plow the road as they also live on that road. 40 minutes to Pueblo, 35 minutes to Canon City. Ranch contains a herd of Bison and abundant wildlife. Also contains a spring fed canyon. No smoking of any kind is allowed in or out. Credit/background check is required. One pet is allowed for an extra $35 per month for pet rent and a refundable $300 pet deposit
