Cabin in the Woods. Great little cabin nestled in the trees overlooking Twin Lakes. Real mountain cabin feel surrounded with tall pines & Aspens just above the historic village of Twin Lakes. This area is a recreational mecca. Hunting, boating, fishing, hiking, biking, ATV's, skiing, cross country, snowshoeing, ice fishing, snowmobile, you name it. Sitting at the base of Mt Elbert, Aspen is just a beautiful 40 minute drive. Leadville & Buena Vista, 25 minutes. Cabin is in very good shape with a nice open living room, dining room & kitchen with lots of windows to enjoy the views. Wonderful large covered and screened deck area with Lake views to kick back & relax during the warm months. New septic installed. The kitchen was remodeled in 1996. The cabin has new carpeting installed in 2012. In 2013, the deck and well pump was replaced. and in 2014, a new roof was installed.
