Our area has fiber optic internet available. This is a non-smoking building, smoking is only permitted outside. Month-to-Month lease only. No dogs/birds/evictions are allowed. Cats (indoor-only) are ok! Parking is in a shared driveway and street parking (we have 24/7 on our side of the street.) Street sweeping is weekly, on Friday mornings 8-12.
