The place is well-located within walking distance to downtown San Rafael, and sits at the top of the Picnic Hill complex with a pool outside the front door, and a deck and yard in the back that border open space. You'll see many a deer wandering around on the hillsides behind the house! The downstairs has an open living and kitchen area with a bar and half-bath with washer + dryer, and a private deck off the back. Upstairs is two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a skylight that lets in lots of great natural light. Hardwood floors throughout, and a good amount of storage both downstairs and up. There is one dedicated, covered parking spot with storage above it, and ample street parking down the hill. Tenants also have access to the pool and additional communal laundry.
