Room for rent in a nice, peaceful neighborhood near downtown Modesto. The room is small and for one person only. The room measures 8 feet across by 10.8 feet long including the closet. Ceiling is 9 feet high. This is a really quiet and safe household. The neighborhood is beautiful and has a cute corner store within walking distance along with a bunch of different bus stops. This is my place and I live here as well. I am 57 years old and have a part-time job along with many different hobbies. Looking for a roommate that is quiet, respectful and has a good vibe. The kitchen use is limited as I don't cook very often either. You will have a private entrance and rent includes all utilities and very high-speed Wi-Fi. Rent will be $625 per month with a $300 security deposit. Rent is due on the first of every month. You must be fully employed with a clean rental history. You can walk 15 minutes and you'll be in the middle of downtown. This neighborhood is very close to all Modesto hospitals and the room would be perfect for traveling nurses.
