The property was part of the Carlton Complex Fires in 2014. There was a single wide mobile home on the property that burned. Power, phone, well (165 ft) and 3 bedroom septic system is on the property. This is the last of my mother and fathers estate and has to be split between myself and my 3 brothers so the sale must be cash only and as is. The estate will have debris removed as soon as possible after the sale is final, weather permitting (this is negotiable).
