This is the upper unit in a two unit house accessible from the back of the house. There is free street parking in front of the house. This street can be a little full at times but there's always a spot available up or down the street a bit if not directly in front of the house. After entering the first door in the back you will be in a shared hallway area that gives both units access to the basement. Beware that you may see the lower unit guests using this area to access the basement. Out of this entryway area there will be another door with keypad entry leading to the private apartment. The steps leading upstairs are slightly steeper than average and may be difficult for the elderly. There is a very spacious bedroom with a queen bed and a large closet, making this very ideal for longer stays. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and pots and pans. A Keurig coffee maker along with complimentary k pods is provided. A washer and dryer is available upon request. Please be aware that lower unit guests will have access to the same washer and dryer. Please note that there is one thermostat for the entire unit, (located in the lower unit) The lower unit will be occupied by other guests. We do ask that when entering or leaving the house late at night or early in the morning you do so as quietly as possible. The lower unit bedroom is just opposite the wall in the foyer inside the back door. We ask all our guests to be respectful and mindful of others and their need for a quiet night of rest. Owner pays all utilities. Absolutely no smoking, no pets
