This is the lower unit of a two unit house. There is free street parking in front of the house. This street can be a little full at times but there's always a spot available up or down the street a bit if not directly in front of the house. A Keurig coffee maker along with complimentary k pods is provided. There is a queen bed and a sofa that will fold down to a full size bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, dinnerware and everything else you should need for cooking. Two Adirondack chairs on the front porch are an ideal spot to drink your morning coffee. The upper unit will be occupied by other guests. We ask all our guests to be mindful and respect of other guests needing a quiet night of rest Owner pays all utilities. Fully furnished. Absolutely no smoking, no pets.
