Our two bedroom two bath condo overlooks a tranquil pond. The community offers a huge swimming pool, hot tub, Fitness center, Tennis Court, pickle ball court, basketball court, volleyball court, within a centrally located gated community. Just a short drive from the airport. The Tides at Pelican Landing is a bedroom community requiring a 90 day minimum stay which allows you plenty of time to enjoy the Florida weather and simply look around. The summer offers less traffic and our specific condo also includes a full-size garage which is convenient for unloading after shopping and on those few rainy days. Enjoy an easy short drive to the beach. Ask us about the process we went through over the last 20 years to enjoy Florida living. Our process included buying a home in a gated community, then purchasing a beach house on Fort Myers Beach, and currently owning this condo at the Tides.
