Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. If you have a pet, prior disclosure is required, and small pets under 25 lbs may be approved with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay, with a maximum of two pets per stay. The pet policy is subject to approval. Parking is available for up to four standard-size cars on the premises, with no overnight street parking allowed.
Check-out is strictly at 10:00 a.m., with a penalty fee of half the night's stay for late check-out. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited within 10 feet of the property, with a $250 cleaning charge for violations. No loud noise, parties, or events are allowed, and the maximum occupancy is 10 people. Unregistered guests will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night. Please respect the privacy of neighbors and refrain from talking to them. Shoes should be removed upon entering the house, and all exterior doors should remain closed to prevent pests. The property undergoes regular pest control treatment, but the presence of insects is possible due to the Georgia climate. Guests are responsible for taking out sealed trash to the bin by the garage at check-out. If staying on a Wednesday, please place trash containers out for collection. Any violation of house rules may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. A background check may be conducted if deemed necessary, and guests must have a crime-free record and not carry weapons on the property.
