The sleeping area is an open-concept upstairs loft that require guests to climb up a small ladder. Guests have access to a closet, full size bed, small dining nook for 2 , walk-in shower and WiFi. You will be centrally located with easy access to restaurants, bars, breweries, grocery and much more! Located minutes from DTC, the Denver University(4 miles), Swedish Medical Center and Craig(1.4 miles). Approximately 30 minutes from Denver International Airport (DIA/ 16.7 miles), 20 minutes to downtown Denver(8 miles). Very safe and quiet area. Short distance to the inner-city hiking/biking trails and short drive to many top-rated hiking trails. Close to attractions, like Red Rocks Amphitheater, Golden, Chatfield Lake, Cherry Creek, and so much more! Occupancy: 1 to 2 people. No smoking, no pets allowed.
