Full bedroom (queen murphy bed), with RokuTV and writing table, wifi, alarm clock, recharging tower, closet and shelf space, counter ironing board with iron. Full kitchen, dining (two chairs and table) / living room (reading chairs and futon), with living room area view to covered enclosed large outside patio. Private patio furnished with table and 2 chairs, along with a hammock to rest in. Features a spacious full bath suite with soaking tub and separate shower. Kitchen includes full refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, sink, disposal (no dishwasher!)...deluxe kitchen amenities, coffee (1 cup coffee maker / pods) and tea assortments for your studio "hello". You will have exclusive use and access to your secure private entrance apartment (lower level of main home) and its patio (other decks around home are not part of the rental). Free, safe and lighted parking spot next to the top of the stairs leading to the downstairs private entrance. Utilities are included. If needed a negotiated a once a week towel and bedding linen exchange. Two indoor cats live upstairs in the main house, they are not allowed into the apt. / Studio. There are no other "outside" animals allowed on the property or rental. No smoking or overnight guests. Quiet "ordinances" are from 8PM to 7AM. This is a very quiet space, and nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Great place to unwind, create, connect to nature. The nature conservancy is across the river and the hiking along the river is a minute away. Ojai's Main Street is aprox. 6 minutes inland (3 miles). You will be staying where the cool ocean breezes come up the river from the Pacific Ocean only 11 miles down the road. Lease for only 1 person. Must have background referral and financial check prior to renting. Utilities included, renter must have own insurance, own postal box. Month to month lease sign. $100. cleaning fee. Would sign off on "House Info / rules", no smoking, no pets, no overnight guests.
