Parking is available for just $20 per night, with only one parking spot available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Relax and unwind in the welcoming pool area, available daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Access comes with a $10 daily fee, and you'll receive wristbands after payment to enter. Only guests wearing the wristband are allowed to use the pool, and lost or damaged wristbands incur a $100 replacement fee. Only minutes from downtown, you'll have easy access to local attractions, dining, and transportation. Smoking is not allowed indoors, as it may result in a $300 fine. Kindly avoid excessive noise, as the apartment is located in a residential area. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please contact us with 24 hours' notice; this will generate an additional cost. A damage waiver fee of $36 is included in the reservation for accidental property damage. The damage waiver fee doesn't cover intentional damage, damage caused by the violation of the rental policy, any damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage caused by automobiles, damage to personal items, theft or lost items, or damage that isn't reported during the stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 replacement fee, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200$300, per building policy. Parties on the property incur a $300 fine. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. Don't forget to turn off the air conditioning when leaving.
