Lost or damaged wristbands incur a $100 replacement fee. For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. The building features a centralized HVAC system that operates based on municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 15 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. Smoking indoors is not allowed and may result in a $300 fine. Kindly avoid excessive noise, as we are located in a residential area. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please contact us with 24 hours' notice; please note that this will generate an additional cost. A $36 fee is included for your peace of mind, covering accidental property damage. The damage waiver fee doesn't cover intentional damage, damage caused by the violation of the rental policy, any damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage caused by automobiles, damage to personal items, theft or lost items, and damage that isn't reported during the stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards are charged $250 and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200$300. A party on the property incurs a $300 fine. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. We do not provide washcloths. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them.
