. Neighborhood Description This is the oldest neighborhood in the planned community of Valencia. It has one of the strongest HOAs in the community and its architectural standards are very tight and enforced. It is a very fun place to live, especially because of the swim team for the kids every summer. The neighbors are very nice too.
