Walking distance to Mama Farm, the Gateway and Bellport Village. 2 newly renovated bathrooms, the primary suite is on the ground floor and features a king size bed, walk through closet and freshly renovated bathroom with a jetted tub and Toto toilet with washlet bidet. Kitchen features gas stove and is fully stocked with all sizes of pots & pans. We also just installed a reverse osmosis water cooler. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms that share a full bathroom. One room has a queen size bed and small work space. The other room is a full size bed. Outside there is a brick patio with a 6 person dining table covered with a pergola and electric grill. -Available for the months of July & August ONLY. -Rent includes all utilities, cleaners come every other week at your expense ($180) -No more than 4 adults. -No smoking. -There is an enclosed yard and a doggie door, but we also have 2 chickens that roam around so no aggressive dogs please. -It would be wonderful if you participate in the chicken upkeep (let them out in morning, shut door at night, refill food and water every few days, eat fresh eggs!) If you are not interested, we can have someone else look after, no worries.
