The monthly rental rate of the property is $600 and it will be available for immediate move in and must be a 6-12 month lease term. Tenant to pay all utilities. The security deposit is $600 fully refundable. Pets considered on a case by case basis with an additional deposit of $250 each. We do require a rental application for each adult occupant along with photo I.D.s and two to four most recent paystubs to show proof of income for the most recent month.. Monthly income to qualify close to 2.5x the monthly rent. The screening fee is $39.95 per adult and will be processed thru TenantAlert.com. In addition to the application we will also need you to provide contact information for current employer and landlord to verify. Applications will not be processed until Photo ID and paystubs are provided. Must have stable employment of at least or close to 1 year and current verifiable homeownership or landlord reference from verifiable source. Must be able to pass credit and background screening. Renter responsible for all utilities. Washer & Dryer will be placed in unit upon lease signing. Funds to secure lease due at lease signing.
