Beautiful, updated, well-appointed Craftsman-style house with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and recently landscaped backyard. We would like to rent the house fully/partially furnished for 6 months, and then month-to-month after that (for up to an additional 6 months) while we travel. We can definitely be FLEXIBLE on the rental term as our travel plans are fluid. The rent would include all utilities and internet access (wifi throughout the house).The good bits:- Four blocks from downtown PA- Great backyard, deck, fire pit, gas grill, tables, hot tub (assuming you want to use and maintain it)- All high-end furnishings and kitchen supplies, stainless steel, granite counter tops, hardwood floors, central heat and AC- Wood fireplace with a year's supply of woodThe less-than-good bits:- The house is on a busy street, which generally isn't an issue except during the rush-hours- No use of the on-site garage or basement storagePlease send me an email if you are interested in additional photos or meeting to see the house.
