Well Maintained 2 Bedroom, 1 1/2 Bath Townhouse in Gated Community of Calverton Hills or should I say Calverton hells this is not a great community at all this community is filled with violence and as well as gun violence they randomly be shooting out at each other and living right near a gun range isn’t much help for that matter the community is gang affiliated your homes are not safe due to random shootings in the complex your home and family is likely to get hit in the cross fire my home was destroyed in the crossfire due to gun violence in the community your kids are not safe your family isn’t this community is more meant for people first getting out of jail or meant for a single person only I don’t recommend living here at all and the landlords are nice but nice always come with a price and that price we were dealt with the community we moved into that they failed to mention how bad it was especially knowing that you have kids and they have kids as well first thing they should mention is I don’t think this home is suitable for you this isn’t a great area to raise your kids the second they get mentioned or heat gets put on to them they back out cut you out the lease and take the rest of their properties along with them that are on the market not a good place and landlords are hella sketchy like I said it’s your choice to live here in this horror of hella
