The eat-in kitchen is recently renovated and comes fully equipped with dishwasher, radiant stove, microwave, and all pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. The bathroom has also recently been renovated, and there is an outside shower on the deck. The home comes equipped with two A/C units, wireless internet, and washer/dryer. The fireplace does NOT work. No pets and absolutely no smoking. A $47 application fee will include a background and credit check. References and photo ID are also required. Lease term flexible from September to May. $47 application fee. Tenant pays all utilities. No pets or smoking.
