2 family house. I'm on 2nd floor. What I have a a cute small furnished bedroom including bed, electric recliner, hope chest, as well as a 55" Vizio smart tv. I have basic cable and high speed internet. That is also included in the rent. As well We pay the water bill every 3 months when he remembers. No joke I've been here around 3 years and he's sent me the water bill ,3 times total. There is NO SMOKING inside the house. Feel free to smoke on the front or back porch.
