We are only minutes from Lake Padden and WWU, as well as shopping, dining, and exciting entertainment venues. We are delighted to offer 4 floor plans to choose from, featuring one, two, and three bedrooms options. Resident is responsible for electricity and internet. There is an additional monthly utility fee for water, sewer, and garbage of $75 for the first person and $30 for each additional person. Each apartment is allowed up to two pets.
