Fully furnished room with your own hallway bathroom available for rent. We are situated in southern York county, south of Red Lion, and aren't close to public transportation, so it is advisable that you have your own car. We are a couple that own our home and have two dogs. Renter's dogs are on a case by case basis. Please inquire. Rent is $500/month, all utilities included. We have DirectTV and high speed WiFi. Absolutely NO drugs. Smokers ok, but have to go out on deck. * Renter will consent to a criminal and financial background check. * Renter will not introduce drugs or illegal paraphernalia (ie. [removed], narcotics, etc.) of any kind into the residence. Smoking of cigarettes is not permitted inside. * The monthly rental of $500, which includes all utilities, will be due on the 30th day of the preceding month. (ie. rent for February 2015 will be due NLT January 30th, 2015) * A deposit of $125 will be due upon move in. If rent is failed to be paid by the 30th of the preceding month 3 times, the deposit will be forfeited and a notice of one week will be given for the renter to vacate the premises. * Renter understands downloading of illegal and non-copyrighted material is prohibited and will not be tolerated while at this residence. * There is no lease and rental is on a month to month basis. The deposit of $125 will be returned as long as one week's notice is given to the property owners prior to termination of residency and accommodations are left satisfactory.
