Our office is on site and maintenance is included as well as snow removal, trash and lawn maintenance. The apartment is heated by gas. Resident is responsible for heat, electric and cable/internet. Cats and dogs are not allowed. We are the owners and builders of this building and take pride in how we treat our property and its residents.
