Make your way to the front/living room where you will see mountain views from your sofa. Dining room connects the kitchen and living room. VERY narrow stairway to upstairs. Baby gates recommended for little ones. Water, septic, electric and propane included. Chickens allowed. Ask about pets, horses or other farm animals. No smoking in home. Up to 2 SMALL dogs allowed (because of the cattle large breeds not permitted). $500 pet deposit. First month plus deposit required. All utilities included. No subletting allowed.
