Rental Suite This spacious, upscale, peaceful fully furnished guest suite with private bathroom, shower and small kitchenette is located in an upscale home in quiet neighborhood near the beach. It accommodates two guests with private entry. Has AC, TV, high-speed internet with WIFI, queen size bed and pull-out loveseat bed, kitchenette, separate bathroom, outdoor dining chairs and table, free off-street parking for one car. Next to Naval Oaks National Seashore with trails just outside your door. Between Pensacola Beach and Navarre Beach. The guest suite is on the second floor and is attached to the main house. You must be able to negotiate the stairs to enter suite. Bedroom Area The bedroom has large sleeping area with desk, dining table, loveseat, TV and cabinet and large chest of drawers, it can accommodate two adults. The bedroom has a very comfy queen bed and a fold-out loveseat bed (better for kids). All the bedding are high quality, comfortable and clean. Your comfort is our goal. The dining table does expand. The office desk has a tap control lamp and makeup organizer and can be used for work area or for makeup. We have high-speed internet with WIFI, large TV with free streaming of Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO Max and DirecTV with live stations. The Kitchenette The kitchenette is suitable for making small meals. It includes a mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, one induction cooktop burner, basics cooking utensils, tableware. Condiments include olive oil, salt and pepper, sugar, coffee and tea. Hot sauce and some condiments are in the refrigerator to use cooking. The water from faucet is potable. The Bathroom The bathroom has a pocket door between the kitchenette for privacy. A walk-in shower with shampoo. A big closet with the fresh towels, washcloths, iron, hair dryer, extra blankets and bedding for the sofa bed as well as an adjustable shower chair for elderly guests. Outdoor Kitchen At the bottom of the stairs to suite is a covered outdoor kitchen with gas grill and gas cook top that can be used. Laundry There is no washer and dry in the suite, but a laundry room is available for use in the house. Contact us if you wish to use the washer and dryer and we can arrange a time. All utilities are included: electricity, AC/Heat, Internet with WIFI, garbage and Netflix, Amazon Prime, DirecTV and HBO MAX. Central Heat Pump to cool and heat with your own thermostat to always keep you comfortable. Off-street parking for one car in driveway between the single garage and the gate to our backyard. Park in front of the "Guest Parking" sign. Then you can get in the yard from the small gate. Your car will be visible from your suite. Please let me know immediately if you damage anything or if anything isn't working well as it should. The shortest lease for the suite is 3 months. Owner pays for water, garbage, electricity, internet, heat and air conditioning.
