Lease terms are as follows: Initial one year lease and each applicant(s) is/are required to complete and pass a credit and backround check conducted by Alliance 2020 credit agency at a fee of $65 per applicant(s). We standardize our credit report applications so a reusable tenant screening report will not be used. An approximate income to rent ratio of 3:1 is required and this means your rent should not exceed 33% of your gross income. Tenant pays their pro-rata share of water, sewer, and garbage.
