No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee is paid. Unauthorized parties will result in a $1000 fine. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will incur a $1000 fine plus the cost of any necessary smoke remediation. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
