    FOR RENT: Large 2 story, 4 bedroom house with full unfinished basement. Basement has brand new efficiency water heater, gas furnace (slightly older), washer and dryer (if needed) and a deep freezer. Basement has laundry room (will also have shower stall soon), main room where water heater and furnace are, and 2 individual rooms that can be turned into weight room or something similar. Main level has a huge entryway (with Harry Potter closet), dining room, 1/2 bath, oversized living room (can be split into a toy area or even a pool table), and kitchen. From the entryway there is a main stair case leading to 2nd story. From the kitchen there is also a staircase leading to 2nd floor. Front stairs lead to the hallway of 4 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. There is also a little lounge area or play area at the top of the stairs. 2 of the rooms are about 12x12 in size with decent closets. Another room is about an 11x11, and smallest room is about 10x10 but does have a smaller closet. There is access to attic from 3rd bedroom. Attic is insulated and does have hardwood floors and high ceiling, great for storage. All rooms will have new ceiling fans installed, and central air is coming as well. From the kitchen and out the back door there is a deck with room for a grill and even a kiddie pool or patio furniture. Privacy fence has a rear entrance for access off alley (where there is room for 2 cars) and there is a front gate as well. Front of the house is on the street parking, usually room for 1 or 2 vehicles. Push lawn mower is provided for renter use. Most pets will be allowed with proper registration with the city and deposit (I have a pit bull so I completely understand). I will take care of my renters, so please only inquire about this property if serious. NO SECTION 8 Renter responsible for: lawn care, snow removal, electric and water/sewage/garbage.
