Utility/water bills will increase over the summer and winter months according to their use (we can inform of what to expect). Any damages incurred by renters will be paid for by renters. As we're looking to also sell it, we prefer to sell. We will be doing showings and taking applications within the next couple weeks and start screening applicants. If we don't go under contract in the next few weeks then we will be definitely renting it.
