Fully furnished, studio cabin. We supply bedding, linens, kitchen utensils and appliances and outdoor grill. Previously a 4.7 out of 5 star Airbnb and VRBO property. This cabin is on a quiet street off Lanan Bay. It is not on the water, but has access to the neighborhood boat ramp. Move in ready. No smoking in the cabin. Rent includes $700 for rent and $100 for DIRECTV, water, internet and yard. Electricity is not included in the monthly fee for you would be responsible for that bill on your own. If you would like to maintain the yard, it would be $50/month less. The cabin is fully furnished and linens are provided. We don't have a washer and dryer. We also require a deposit of 1 month rent, end of lease cleaning fee ($85) and an approved rental application.
