Max occupancy is 4. $800 Security Deposit due within 10 days of accepted rental application. Balance of rent due 60 days before arrival. One half desired term and $1000 of this is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, unless Owner can secure a replacement tenant for the same period of time. Security deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure if there are no damages. $150 cleaning fee will be deducted from Security Deposit. $50 Guest passes available upon request, paid by tenant. Golf Cart can be requested and paid by tenant and delivered to home for $200. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING in or around home. NO PETS of any kind allowed. (Due to Allergies of Homeowner.)
