A 14 day notice must be given before vacating the premises. Landlord has the right to terminate the lease within 1 to 3 days if there has been any type sexual assault, abuse of any kind and damage to the property, causing disturbance or any type of drama. *Rent paid weekly of $215 and $275 weekly for couples, $385-325 security deposit is returned within 14 days of move out if the room is left in the same position, it was given.
