With warm-colored hardword and an open floor plan, the house is very livable. The basement is unfinished, but would make a good entertainment area. While there isn't a formal dining room, the kitchen is very large and easily accommodates a large table. Fireplaces on the main floor and in the basement make for a great atmosphere in the winter. The yard is very large and is great for kids to play or pets to run (there isn't a fence because my dog always stayed in the yard). A 2-story 15'x20' shed sits in the back corner of the lot. The neighborhood itself is pretty quiet and great for running or walking, and is about 1 mile from the paved riverwalk.
