Rent to own, Rental Arbitrage, subleasing, and Owner financing may be considered but would require an additional down payment. The tenant pays all utilities. The appliances are all electric. Washer and Dryer are free to use but are not included in the lease or rental. In other words, if they are broken during the tenancy the owner will not be replacing them.
