This location is perfect because you can get all from it all without being too far away A 1-year lease is preferred, but shorter terms may be available for an additional charge. We will conduct a Trans Union Smart Move background check and will be looking for credit scores of 700+ Lower scores may be considered with an additional month of security deposit. Rent to own, Rental Arbitrage, subleasing, and Owner financing may be considered but would require an additional down payment. The tenant pays all utilities. The appliances are all electric. Washer and Dryer are free to use but are not included in the lease or rental. In other words, if they are broken during the tenancy the owner will not be replacing them. Pets of any breed and size will be allowed for a $200 non-refundable pet fee per pet and $50 additional per month for each pet on the rent. Absolutely no smoking in the house.
