No cats will be considered. A $2000 pet deposit will be required along with one month house deposit. Both required at lease signing. Tenant responsible for any and all wear and tear and or damage caused by the pet. This is a fully furnished home with recently replaced furniture throughout the home. Normal wear and tear is expected to a minor degree at walls and floors yet maintenance and/or damage to the walls, floors, furniture, appliances, dishes, kitchen utensils, bedding and linens and beach toys/equipment and bicycles, will be the responsibility of the tenant. This is a no smoking home. We appreciate if shoes can be removed while at home. There is no parking available in the garage as a family collector vehicle takes this space. Parking for two cars is allowed behind garage in driveway. Street parking is on a first come first served basis and there is usually amble spaces.
