The house is Pet friendly, with a lovely sunny backyard and private deck- set back off the street, quiet, largely private, located off tree lined California St.@ Bancroft St. *Private laundry in separate (semi shared) storage space in front with room for Bicycles etc. Near many major markets, restaurants, goods and services in addition to public transportation- BART and bus. There are currently no inside tours of the home until after 11/17/21 due to Covid safety precautions but an outside tour of the home can be arranged for those who can demonstrate that they qualify. Please understand we are trying maintain the safety of the current tenant. *This is an unfurnished home in the rear of a side by side duplex. *physical tours of the exterior only currently due to Covid precautions. **Please wear a mask and cover your nose at all times** Would ideally like to sign a ~15 month lease but have flexibility. *Utilities (electric & water) are paid by tenant, garbage paid by owner. * High speed internet available from Comcast or Sonic. *One private parking spot on street for both tenant's that is first come first serve but on Street parking is usually not a problem. * This home is a pet friendly * None smoking home, this includes outside on the property. * We provide laundry hookups but not the machines although the prior tenant may leave the machines if so desired.
